As an Akashic Records Consultant, (The Akasha is described as a library containing all knowledge of human experience as well as the history of the cosmos encoded in the very fabric of all existence) I use an opening prayer to create a structure, a container, for gently unearthing answers to questions that have been long term issues or that are new, relating to taking a potentially different direction in life. With permission, I help direct our conversation to deeper levels of understanding and release of the old to make room for the new.

Well, I'm not an advocate of the idea of achieving perfection, because I believe that we are all perfect right now, but sticking with the toning tools regularly will cumulatively bring more understanding and increased attention to the beauty that I believe you are.
